Job Description:

Reporting to the VP, Chief of Staff, this role will be responsible for strategically tackling the highest leverage business problems at any time. This function ensures the company delivers on organizational objectives in not only an efficient manner but with breakthrough results. This is a full-time position based in NYC. Occasional travel may be required for team events or meetings. The role operates under a hybrid model, with three days per week in our HQ at 60 Madison Ave office required.

Job Responsibility:

  • Leveraging data-driven insights and business intelligence from all parts of the business to help senior leadership and business owners make important decisions
  • Parachuting into any problem area, digging in, and fixing it
  • Helping build and drive processes by developing plans on how to best use resources including people, technology, capital and creating organizational structures, processes, and tools to achieve, measure and optimize outcomes
  • Communicating and collaborating with various stakeholders to align and mobilize teams on the most critical company objectives and opportunities
  • Continuously stay abreast of external trends, benchmarking, and best-in-class business practices to implement strategy, sustainable solutions

Requirements:

  • 5 - 7 years experience, with experience in consulting, investment banking, or corporate strategy required
  • top tier consulting firm experience strongly preferred
  • 1 - 2 years of operating experience at hypergrowth start-up
  • BA or BS degree
