Job Description

This is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where you will be responsible for shaping the business development strategy and driving client retention. You will be part of the Strategic Resourcing Solutions (SRS) division, where we deliver resourcing consultancy services and FSP solutions. We are currently in a significant growth phase, and your contribution will be crucial to the success of both the team and the company.

Job Responsibility

  • Develop and execute strategic business development plans to drive growth, increase revenue, and achieve ambitious sales targets
  • Continuously identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Spanish market
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to gain a deep understanding of their needs
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver customized solutions that meet client expectations
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, the competitive landscape, and market developments to identify untapped opportunities

Requirements

  • Previous experience in business development or sales, preferably within the clinical research or life sciences industry
  • Academic degree in a relevant field
  • Knowledge of the CRO industry is highly advantageous
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify opportunities, propose solutions, and drive business growth
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Fluency in English and Spanish is required
  • Independence, attention to detail, and the ability to plan and execute tasks effectively
  • Sociable and curious, thrive in a dynamic environment, and enjoy meeting new people
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and collaborate well with colleagues across functions
