Capital One Auto is seeking a consumer-centric and data-driven Director to lead the Consumer Brand Marketing and Content Strategy for the Auto business. This role is responsible for defining and leading the brand positioning for a suite of consumer Auto products and overseeing the development and execution of product marketing campaigns across direct-to-consumer channels. This leader will manage a team of associates, and work in partnership with business, design and tech teams to drive business growth, managing high-impact campaigns.

Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or military experience
At least 10 years of experience in Brand, Marketing, or Communications
At least 5 years of people management experience
Nice to have
Master's degree in Marketing, Communications or Business
3+ years of experience in direct marketing and brand management in a Business to Consumer (B2C) environment
3+ years of experience in financial services or auto industry
7+ years of people management experience
11+ years of experience in Brand, Marketing, or Communications
