Job Description

We are looking for a strategic media leader to oversee paid investment across brand and local marketing efforts in Atlanta, Georgia. This role will shape cross-channel media direction, connect business priorities to measurable outcomes, and guide partners and internal teams toward stronger lead generation and conversion performance. The ideal candidate brings a sharp analytical mindset, strong leadership skills, and the ability to balance long-term brand impact with near-term efficiency.

Job Responsibility

  • Direct paid media strategy across brand and local initiatives, aligning investment decisions with lead growth, conversion targets, and cost efficiency goals
  • Convert commercial priorities into practical media plans by defining budget distribution, channel focus, audience strategy, and structured experimentation across creative, formats, and bidding approaches
  • Present recurring performance insights to executive stakeholders, highlighting optimization opportunities, budget shifts, emerging risks, and recommended corrective actions
  • Assess how brand and local media investments influence overall business results and make informed tradeoff decisions across channels to improve total performance
  • Use campaign and platform data to uncover growth opportunities, performance barriers, and signs of declining return across media programs
  • Partner with analytics teams to turn attribution, measurement, and marketing mix insights into clear actions that improve campaign effectiveness
  • Manage agency relationships by setting expectations for reporting standards, testing discipline, execution quality, and performance accountability
  • Lead regular business reviews and account audits with agency partners to ensure media programs follow best practices and deliver expected outcomes
  • Support franchise-facing media communication by shaping educational resources, addressing escalations, and ensuring performance guidance is clear and actionable
  • Develop and coach senior media leaders, reinforcing a culture of ownership, strategic thinking, and continuous performance improvement

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in paid media, growth marketing, or performance marketing leadership roles
  • Demonstrated success managing multi-channel media budgets and improving efficiency across acquisition-focused campaigns
  • Strong knowledge of paid search, paid social, and broader digital media planning principles
  • Experience leading external agency partners and driving accountability through measurable results
  • Ability to interpret attribution and marketing mix insights to inform investment and optimization decisions
  • Strong communication skills with experience presenting recommendations and results to senior leadership
  • Background in team leadership, coaching, and developing high-performing marketing professionals
