As Senior Director B2B & Card Sales, you will shape our national strategy, lead a talented commercial organisation, and play a key role in Circle K’s European B2B network. Job Responsibility:
Set and execute the B2B strategy for the Norwegian market, aligned with European ambitions
Lead and develop a strong leadership team and high-performing sales and support functions
Strengthen our customer portfolio through insight-driven sales, excellent service and modern solutions
Drive commercial performance, operational improvements and cross-functional collaboration
Ensure successful local implementation of European products, processes and concepts
Requirements:
A strategic and structured commercial leader with strong financial understanding
Passionate about developing people and creating results through others
Experienced from sales, operations or commercial leadership in a larger organization — ideally within service, retail or B2B
Proven track record in building teams, driving change and delivering strong results
Fluent in Norwegian and English
