Fidelity's Workplace Digital Experience (WDX) architecture team is seeking an experienced solution architect to assist in enabling modern and captivating digital experiences for customers, sponsors, and associates. You play a key role bridging business and technical teams to transform our Stock Plan Services and other workplace products.
Job Responsibility:
Assist in enabling modern and captivating digital experiences for customers, sponsors, and associates
Play a key role bridging business and technical teams to transform Stock Plan Services and other workplace products
Design meaningful and sophisticated solutions to address stimulating business challenges
Collaborate with product leadership to ensure their business goals and requirements are met
Provide technical mentorship to engineering teams to help them effectively develop and deliver solutions
Requirements:
Experience architecting and building large scale, high-performing internet-facing platforms
Expert knowledge in client-side technologies including Angular, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3
Demonstrated experience designing APIs with technologies including Spring Boot, Java, Open API Specification/REST, and Open Policy Agent
Experience in leading, defining, and implementing API standards for REST and blueprints
Experience in defining and implementing internet security for REST APIs using OAuth, OpenID connect, authorization using OPA policies
Has contributed to defining and documenting architectural patterns, standards, and blueprints
Understands the business domain and becomes a trusted advisor to product leadership
Builds effective relationships and works collaboratively with engineering teams
Works equally well independently or with others and can effectively lead several initiatives at once
Is an expert communicator
Holds a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, or has equivalent experience
