The Microsoft Customer and Partner Solutions (MCAPS) AI Transformation Office (AITO) is driving a fundamental shift in how Microsoft's commercial business operates—enabling sellers to accelerate their own AI transformation with credibility and trust built from our experience as customer zero. This transformation requires bold, human-centered, AI-first change motions that accelerate adoption, reshape culture, and scale new ways of working across the organization. We are seeking a Director, AI Transformation Change & Adoption to play a leadership role in defining and driving our change and adoption strategy for AI Transformation at scale. This leader will build, develop, and manage a high-performing team of change professionals, setting the strategic direction for driving culture, mindset, and behavior change across MCAPS. Each day is different in the AI Transformation organization. This role requires someone who is self-motivated, adaptable, and proactive, with comfort navigating ambiguity in a fast-paced, heavily matrixed environment. Clear and effective communication skills and a focus on delivering high-quality results are essential. Requirements:
