As an Enterprise Commercial Segment Leader and member of the corporate Scaling AI leadership team, you will build and accelerate the momentum of AI transformation for early stage customers and partners, as well as for Microsoft and deliver on short-term and long-term financial goals and responsibilities. As a leader and sales coach, you will be fluent in sales-leadership practices and lead with vision, simplicity, and execution on a determined strategy. Collaborate with key leaders/stakeholders across the organization to build a sustainable growth engine that is cohesive, resilient, and optimized. Drive joint, continuous business planning and alignment with internal and external audiences. In addition, this role has people management responsibilities including driving employee growth and development, executing projects, and managing performance.   • Meet or exceed Revenue, Consumption, Usage and Customer Satisfaction goals
  • Demonstrate C-Suite engagement in accelerating customers’ AI Transformation, driving a significant increase in deal size through industry knowledge
  • Build momentum on large deals providing leadership around new business creation and logo wins
  • Lead the transformation of our sales teams through frictionless cross-team orchestration, delivering value and satisfaction for enterprise customers as One Microsoft
  • Execute the industry go to market adapting to maturity of area and market

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering (e.g., Electrical or Mechanical), Business Management, Economics, or related field AND experience in sales, marketing/advertising, managing high performance sales and technical-sales teams, and/or leadership roles in multi-tiered large organizations
  • OR equivalent experience
  • Demonstrated years of direct/formal, indirect/informal, and/or project team people management experience
  • A demonstrated history of successful selling, and coaching of others
