Job Responsibility

Overseeing the delivery of project tasks, activities, milestones, and resources
Analyze and calculate project risks, develop comprehensive risk management plans, and ease subsequent issues
Developing, maintaining, and managing project requirements, plans, timelines, issues, risks, and challenges
Supporting the business owners in driving major programs or various projects
Collaborating closely with process owners to detect and implement transformative business changes
Lead the consensus needed to adopt a progressive-looking and manageable change strategy
Manage large-scale programs and complex projects involving numerous stakeholders with diverse plans and business priorities
Lead large, cross-functional project teams towards timely outcomes, ensuring the integration of groundbreaking practices

Requirements

Technical expertise in AI and managing complex AI projects
Broad knowledge of AI technology, algorithms, and tools
Managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects
Ability to interpret user feedback and company needs into actionable roadmaps and strategies
Setting, examining, and adjusting strategic directions
Mindset that accepts accountability for organizational success
Hands-on technical position with deep knowledge of technology, especially in AI solutions
Effective communication and collaboration with engineering teams
Analytical expertise understanding complex situations and concepts
Superb communication skills at the executive level
Experience working with outside vendors
Strong project management and leadership insight
Proven track record in managing large programs
BS, MS or equivalent with direct experience
