Job Description

The Director of AI Platform User Experience leads the end-to-end strategy, delivery, and evolution of user experiences across our AI Platform surfaces. This role unites product management, design, and user experience under one vision: building intuitive, intelligent, and cohesive experiences that connect all platform capabilities through a modern, agentic UX framework.

Job Responsibility

  • Define the UX strategy and roadmap for the AI Platform experience in alignment with company vision and ARR growth goals
  • Lead an integrated pod of product managers and designers, fostering collaboration, shared accountability, and high creative and technical standards
  • Partner closely with engineering, architecture, and AI leadership to deliver cohesive, scalable, and modular user journeys across all channels (GUI, CLI, API, Agentic)
  • Serve as the voice of the user in strategic planning, influencing product priorities and go-to-market narratives
  • Coach, mentor, and grow UX PMs, designers, and the design system team through clear goals, professional development paths, and performance feedback
  • Create a culture of design thinking, inclusivity, and experimentation that empowers creativity while driving measurable business outcomes

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in product management and/or UX design leadership, ideally within data, analytics, or platform environments
  • Proven track record of leading cross-disciplinary teams (PM + Design) at Director level or higher
  • Deep understanding of enterprise data workflows, AI/ML tooling, and platform ecosystems
  • Experience building or scaling design systems and unified UX frameworks
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex platform capabilities into intuitive user experiences that drive adoption and satisfaction
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills—capable of influencing executive stakeholders and technical leaders alike
