As Solutions Architect at Director level, you are Mastercard's most forward-deployed technical authority. You operate at the intersection of Mastercard's asset portfolio and the client's real infrastructure — not in theory, but in production. You design agentic systems that are robust, compliant, and built to strengthen over time. You make the promise of Agent Suite credible, buildable, and deliverable. This is a player-coach role within a guild-model team. You carry your own engagements while contributing to the collective intelligence of Agent Suite Services — sharing signal from the field, building reusable patterns, and enabling a global community of colleagues to develop their own depth. The Solutions Architect and the Technical Program Manager are designed to operate as complementary and inseparable partners. The SA owns technical integrity from discovery through validated proof of concept — defining the architecture, ensuring it meets Mastercard's standards, and validating that it performs in the client's environment. From POC sign-off through production deployment and handover, the Technical Program Manager assumes primary delivery accountability, with the SA remaining present as the standing technical authority. Together, they form the complete accountability model for every Agent Suite client engagement. Those who join at this stage will have a defining influence on the standards, culture, and direction of Agent Suite Services as it scales.

Requirements
Mastercard's Decency Quotient is not a values statement — it is how we operate. We hire for IQ, EQ, and DQ in equal measure. In a cross-functional environment where common ground must be actively and continuously built, the professional who elevates those around them is the professional who belongs here: Decency Quotient
You can design a robust agentic architecture and articulate its business impact to a C-suite — without losing either conversation: Technical depth with client fluency
You make sound decisions with incomplete information, take ownership of outcomes, and adapt as circumstances evolve: Comfort with ambiguity
The standards are high and the scope is broad. You pursue depth with genuine intellectual curiosity and apply rigorous judgment about where that depth is most needed: Curiosity and prioritization
You invest in your teammates. You share what you learn. You measure your contribution by the strength of the team, not only by individual performance: Giver's mindset
You understand that the strength of this team is inseparable from the diversity of thought, background, and experience each member brings. You contribute to a culture where different perspectives are actively sought, and where collective resilience matters as much as individual excellence: Cultural fit and team spirit
