Job Description:

As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a high-performing Director of Agency Sales who understands the agency landscape, speaks the language of strategy and data, and brings urgency, discipline, and a passion for partnering with agency leaders to drive transformation. You will be an individual contributor and will report directly to the Managing Director of Agency Sales and will own a defined territory of agencies and be accountable for building a high-quality pipeline, leading complex consultative conversations, and developing partnerships that unlock measurable value for both client and agency.

Job Responsibility:

  • Identify, engage, and develop new agency relationships across holding companies and independent firms
  • Lead strategic, insight-driven sales engagements with executives across strategy, media, analytics, and data
  • Frame the agency’s most pressing challenges, build urgency, and guide prospects toward Resonate solutions
  • Position Resonate as a long-term growth partner, not just a data vendor
  • Collaborate with internal teams across product, solutions, and marketing to shape the right message and support execution
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management in Salesforce
  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets, including new agency acquisition and revenue growth goals

Requirements:

  • A proven enterprise seller with 5+ years of experience in marketing technology, data, SaaS, or analytics solutions, preferably into agencies or media firms
  • Deep understanding of agency operating models, decision cycles, and the pressures they face from clients, competition, and market shifts
  • Able to lead consultative sales conversations that challenge thinking and link Resonate’s platform to specific business outcomes
  • Strategic, disciplined, and proactive — someone who thrives in high-accountability, performance-first cultures
  • Adept at influencing senior decision-makers, aligning stakeholders, and driving urgency without over-selling
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity, reframing problems, and guiding prospects through complex buying processes
  • Experienced with Salesforce and familiar with sales enablement tools and reporting best practices

Nice to have:

  • Passionate about empowering agencies with the tools they need to succeed in a changing world
  • Thrive on ownership, momentum, and consistent execution
  • Quick learner with curiosity about client data, workflows, and performance drivers
  • Resilient and adaptable to fast-paced environments
  • Energized by collaboration and shared success within a performance-first culture
What we offer:
  • Uncapped growth potential
  • Competitive 401(k) match
  • Open PTO policy
  • Comprehensive benefits package
