Job Responsibility:
Own the room and the relationship. You're the senior client partner, deeply embedded in their business, trusted at the leadership level, and always two steps ahead of what they need next
Go wide and deep on the business. You understand the client's category, their competitive landscape, their internal pressures, and what keeps their CMO up at night, and you bring that intelligence into every brief, conversation, and recommendation
Lead multi-disciplinary teams with clarity and confidence. You bring together creative, strategy, media, analytics, and production, setting a clear vision, keeping work on track, and creating the conditions for bold ideas to survive and thrive
Be the escalation point and the calm in the storm. When challenges arise, you navigate them with composure, sound judgment, and a solutions-first mindset
Drive organic growth. You identify opportunities to expand the scope of work, make a compelling case for new capabilities, and build the kind of client confidence that leads to bigger mandates
Partner with finance and leadership on the business of the business, revenue forecasting, contract negotiations, staffing models, and profitability. You understand that great work and smart business aren't mutually exclusive
Mentor and develop the account team around you. You invest in people and help them grow into stronger client leaders and stronger humans
Be a cultural anchor at A&G. You show up, contribute, and help shape what it means to work here
Requirements:
Relevant experience in a related field (marketing, communications, business, strategy)
7–10+ years of experience in a client service role, with at least 2–3 years at a senior level
A track record of leading complex, integrated accounts and growing client relationships over time
Demonstrated ability to manage and develop high-performing teams
Deep knowledge of agency disciplines: account leadership, strategy, creative, media, analytics, and production
High EQ, strong executive presence, and the ability to lead through influence as much as authority
A bias toward action, a high bar for quality, and a genuine love for the work
