  • Foster a high-performance culture
  • Act as the ultimate owner of renewal outcomes
  • Guide the team through complex commercial decisions and deal structuring
  • Identify churn risks
  • Establish rigor across forecasting and pipeline visibility
  • Build scalable account management motions
  • Strengthen the partnership between Account Managers and Account Executives
  • Serve as the senior escalation point for complex renewals, high-stakes negotiations, and executive-level client conversations

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in sales, account management, or client success
  • 3+ years of direct people management experience in SaaS
  • Deep industry knowledge of Financial Services (hedge funds, private equity firms, investment banks)
  • Prior experience in the Financial Services sector strongly preferred
  • Track record of improving forecast accuracy and team accountability through data
  • Ability to balance empathy with high expectations
  • Comfort engaging senior client stakeholders and leading complex commercial negotiations
  • Proven ability to operate under pressure, make decisions with incomplete information, and prioritize relentlessly

What we offer

  • Competitive benefits program
  • Generous commission plan with uncapped earning potential
  • Equity
