You will define and execute a coherent, project based, outcome-driven digital transformation and innovation strategy that strengthens customer value, accelerates commercial performance, and delivers measurable operational excellence across the aviation aftermarket and MRO lifecycle. Job Responsibility:
Lead AJW’s digital transformation, bringing automation, AI, and digital programmes under a single, strategically governed portfolio
Partner with the CEO, C-suite, and senior leaders to translate strategic and operational challenges into high-impact digital initiatives aligned to commercial outcomes
Define and deliver AJW Group’s digital transformation strategy, positioning the business as a digital-first, customer-centric aviation services provider
Drive cross-functional process transformation across Supply Chain, MRO, Component Repair, Logistics, Finance, and Quality to deliver integrated, end-to-end digital workflows
Sponsor customer-facing digital capabilities that enhance transparency, service performance, and customer experience
Collaborate with Finance to establish clear success metrics, track ROI, and identify opportunities for revenue growth and cost efficiency from digital investments
Lead a high-performing digital transformation function and embed a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
Requirements:
Senior leadership experience delivering transformation within regulated organisations
Proven ability to provide both strategic direction and hands-on leadership across projects, digital, automation, and AI initiatives
Strong commercial mindset, able to convert complex or ambiguous challenges into clear value cases and executable transformation roadmaps for executive audiences
Credible and influential communicator, with the ability to engage senior leaders, align cross-functional stakeholders, and build organisational understanding of digital and AI-led change
Demonstrated success driving global process optimisation and continuous improvement, ideally within aerospace, MRO, or similarly regulated environments
Aerospace industry experience or a recognised aerospace-related qualification
Proven track record of building and leading high-performing, multidisciplinary teams
Clear understanding of how digital and AI drive revenue growth, customer value, and operational efficiency in a commercial services context
