Job Description:

Director role in HSBC's Infrastructure Finance team for China, responsible for origination and execution of financing transactions for HSBC's infrastructure client base, providing support across financing transactions in infrastructure sectors across China

Job Responsibility:

Develop deep understanding of applicable sectors and products
Originate and lead strategic deals with quality thought leadership
Oversee preparation and negotiation of key financial and project-related documents
Lead creation of marketing materials such as pitch books and proposals
Conduct thorough industry and company-specific research
Provide leadership and mentorship to junior colleagues
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and business units across regions
Contribute to execution of group's overall business plan

Requirements:

Tertiary qualification from a reputable university, preferably in a relevant discipline
Strong deal execution experience in the global Infrastructure/Project Finance market with at least 10 years of experience
Proven track record in leading domestic and cross-border infrastructure advisory and financing transactions
In-depth understanding of financial markets, including credit analysis, rating methodologies, and credit metrics
Excellent quantitative and qualitative analytical skills with strong commercial orientation across various debt products
Strong organizational and project management skills with ability to multitask effectively
Ability to digest and communicate complex information clearly to stakeholders
