Job Description:

Citi Commercial Bank UK's Industrials team covers UK-headquartered Mid-Corporate companies with global footprint and annual revenue ranging from $100MM to $3BN. The Mid-Corp Senior Relationship Manager is a strategic professional who closely follows latest Industrials trends and adapts them for application in developing dialogue with prospects and covering clients.

Job Responsibility:

Self-originate new, multi-product and multi-country clients for CCB UK
Manage client relationships on ongoing basis
Actively call on clients to deepen relationships and proactively own, respond to and anticipate future needs
Understand and follow trends within the industry to provide thought leadership to clients
Drive innovation on solutions provided to clients through partnerships with product specialists
Oversee credit relationship of the client, coordinating and supervising entire process
Be responsible for Client-level planning, budget and revenue responsibilities
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and Citi's policies/guidelines at all times
Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made
Mentor Analysts, Associates and Junior Bankers

Requirements:

Graduate / Master's degree
Very experienced banker capable of driving business independently
Heavy emphasis on new business development
Substantial execution experience on complex deals
Proven ability to lead a deal team process
Very strong understanding of full product capabilities of the bank
Deep understanding of competitive landscape
Expert at understanding client's financial performance
Highly knowledgeable about debt capital markets
Well-versed in building consensus internally and managing risk management/credit committee discussions
Outstanding communication skills
Excellent interpersonal, communication and influencing skills
Ability to work effectively in team setting
Must pass Fit and Proper assessment including honesty, integrity, reputation, financial soundness, competence and capability
