Job Description:

We’re seeking a dynamic Leader of Enterprise Software Engineering to lead full-stack teams building scalable, AI-enhanced digital products. You’ll drive technical strategy, foster engineering excellence, and align execution with product vision.

Job Responsibility:

Lead and scale high-performing engineering teams
Translate product vision into secure, scalable solutions
Champion modern frameworks (Flutter, React Native, Node.js, Firebase)
Integrate AI/ML into product features and dev workflows
Collaborate across engineering, product, and business teams
Mentor engineering leaders and foster a culture of innovation

Requirements:

10+ years in software engineering, 5+ in leadership
Full-stack and cloud-native architecture expertise
Experience applying AI to accelerate development
Strong communication and stakeholder management
