Job Description:

Randstad Education has partnered with a small NPF service in Melbourne's inner East in the suburb of Ashburton. They are seeking a Centre Director to manage educators, foster relationships, and ensure high-level educational programs are delivered. The center has four rooms and prides itself on creating a connected community of parents, children, and staff.

Job Responsibility:

Lead and inspire the team
Manage a group of educators
Build strong relationships with staff, children, and families
Focus on team cohesion and educational leadership
Ensure the delivery of high-quality educational programs.

Requirements:

Experience as Centre Manager/Director/Nominated Supervisor
Bachelor of Education - Early Childhood or Diploma in Children's Services
Valid Working with Children's Check, First aid, anaphylaxis and asthma qualifications
Experience providing leadership and guidance
Foster strong relationships with Children and families
Demonstrated understanding of contemporary child care and early learning practices and issues
Effective time management, people management and interpersonal skills.
