Job Description

Director – Division Revenue Management will maximize sustainable profit through effective pricing and trade terms across our US Sales teams. Own alignment of Global to Local US pricing strategy. Support the Division Sales teams in the execution of US pricing and promotional standards, always-on pricing analysis of internal performance and our competitive benchmarks, as well as Decision support/M&E on price or promotion opportunities developed in concert with Commercial leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance or economics
  • Minimum 10+ years of experience, preferably within the alcohol spirits or CPG industry
  • Commercial experience with focus on value chain and Pricing (Customer and Consumer)
  • Deep understanding of NSV per case layers (FOB, national & local taxes, conditional discounts)
  • Self-starter, proactive, takes lead on projects
  • Thought leader on pricing opportunity, promotional & scan strategy, price efficiency
  • Experience driving simplicity and agility in decision making
  • Confident in challenging and being challenged on Value Chain, Pricing and financial implications
  • High-level commercial, marketing or finance experience in a data-driven industry
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including formulas and data analysis
  • Very strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Ability to build compelling selling stories based on data
  • Strong presentation skills
