Director - Data Quality Lead

• Drive IA's data quality strategy including necessary tools and processes
• Coordinate, manage and drive data quality related projects
• Monitor and report on IA data quality
• Oversee the Data Concern Remediation Management process
• Responsible for the design and maintenance of IA's data records management program
• Responsible for IA's privacy program
• Responsible for maintaining the service agreement framework
• Oversee reduction in IA's reliance on End User Computing applications
• Provide subject matter expertise across training content and change management
• Adopt necessary data frameworks and implement requirements of relevant policies

• 15+ years of overall business management experience in a complex, financial organization
• 8+ years managerial experience
• Advanced domain knowledge of Data Governance methodologies
• Practical experience in implementing Data Governance and Data Quality processes
• Ability to execute large, complex change programs
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
• Effective negotiation skills
• Strong coordination and project management skills
• Strong analytical/problem solving skills
• Sound judgment and strong leadership skills
• High level of proficiency with the MS Office Suite

Master's degree preferred
