Job Description:

A growing, forward-thinking construction consultancy based in London is seeking a Director to play a pivotal role in the expansion of their London team. This is a key strategic hire, offering an experienced Project Director the opportunity to bring existing client relationships, drive business growth, and help shape the future direction of the consultancy. The successful Director will join a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment, with genuine influence over both project delivery and business development.

Job Responsibility:

  • Take ownership of a portfolio of key projects
  • Actively contribute to the growth of the London office
  • Develop and maintain client relationships

Requirements:

  • Construction consultancy experience
  • Degree in Construction Management, Project Management, or a related discipline
  • Professional accreditation such as MRICS, MAPM, or equivalent is highly desirable
  • Commercially astute

  • Capable of contributing to strategic business growth
  • Established network of clients
  • Ability to convert relationships into secured projects
