Job Responsibility
Serve as a trusted advisor and thought leader within the Commercialization organization
Forge strategic, high-impact partnerships with key stakeholders across Global Commercial Operations
Leverage market intelligence to craft business strategies
People leadership experience across global category & sourcing teams
Work strategically with the supply base to drive supplier-enabled innovation
Provide Business Intelligence & Market Access procurement expertise
Collaborate with Finance and cross-functional teams to generate, capture, and recognize value
Promote adoption of Procurement-led and business-aligned strategic initiatives
Bridge the gap between procurement performance and business objectives
Requirements
Master’s degree and 10 years of business partnering, marketing, and/or related experience
OR Bachelor’s degree and 12 years of business partnering, marketing, and/or related experience
AND at least 5 years’ experience directly managing people and/or leadership experience leading teams, projects, programs, or directing the allocation or resources
Proven track record of leading procurement teams or data & analytics / value & access teams
Proven track record of collaborating with senior-level stakeholders as a trusted business partner
Strong leadership and influence within matrixed teams
Led teams to achieve outstanding results demonstrating value beyond savings
Demonstrated expertise in spearheading cross-functional initiatives, making strategic category trade-offs
Exceptional change management skills
Competence in translating business priorities into actionable category strategies
Deep understanding of driving supplier-enabled innovation into commercial ecosystems
Outstanding communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
Nice to have
Advanced degree or significant professional experience
An analytical mindset focused on performance metrics and value management
Expertise in Commercialization Contracting and/or Sourcing Excellence
Six Sigma certification
