Job Responsibility

  • Serve as a trusted advisor and thought leader within the Commercialization organization
  • Forge strategic, high-impact partnerships with key stakeholders across Global Commercial Operations
  • Leverage market intelligence to craft business strategies
  • People leadership experience across global category & sourcing teams
  • Work strategically with the supply base to drive supplier-enabled innovation
  • Provide Business Intelligence & Market Access procurement expertise
  • Collaborate with Finance and cross-functional teams to generate, capture, and recognize value
  • Promote adoption of Procurement-led and business-aligned strategic initiatives
  • Bridge the gap between procurement performance and business objectives

Requirements

  • Master’s degree and 10 years of business partnering, marketing, and/or related experience
  • OR Bachelor’s degree and 12 years of business partnering, marketing, and/or related experience
  • AND at least 5 years’ experience directly managing people and/or leadership experience leading teams, projects, programs, or directing the allocation or resources
  • Proven track record of leading procurement teams or data & analytics / value & access teams
  • Proven track record of collaborating with senior-level stakeholders as a trusted business partner
  • Strong leadership and influence within matrixed teams
  • Led teams to achieve outstanding results demonstrating value beyond savings
  • Demonstrated expertise in spearheading cross-functional initiatives, making strategic category trade-offs
  • Exceptional change management skills
  • Competence in translating business priorities into actionable category strategies
  • Deep understanding of driving supplier-enabled innovation into commercial ecosystems
  • Outstanding communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
