Job Description:

The purpose of the job is to ensure accurate and timely direct tax and transfer pricing compliance for non-Swiss IKEA Supply entities across multiple jurisdictions. The role focuses on managing and coordinating compliance deliverables including tax returns and tax payments as well as assisting in transfer pricing compliance.

Job Responsibility:

Manage and coordinate non-Swiss Corporate Income Tax compliance matters for several IKEA Supply entities
Collect data for filings and prepare tax returns
Review and/or ensure payments in close cooperation with tax advisors and internal stakeholders
Calculate or support the calculation of tax provision schedules and other reporting deliverables
Assist in the preparation and review of transfer pricing documentation and related compliance tasks
Support with tax audits and provide documentation and analysis as required
Lead or support the Annual Tax Review process for IKEA Supply entities
Prepare and maintain up-to-date documentation of compliance processes and internal controls
Monitor compliance timelines and coordinate with local offices and advisors
Contribute to project-based work in areas such as new market entries, structural changes or tax reporting improvements

Requirements:

Sound know-how in corporate income tax compliance matters
At least 3 years of practical experience
Basic knowledge of accounting principles and their application in a tax context
Good command of Excel and ability to work with financial data
Fluency in English (written and spoken)
Knowledge of transfer pricing concepts is an advantage
