Job Description:

The Direct Tax function supports and monitors the Ingka Group organisation on the management of Direct Taxes (CIT, WHT, etc.) to achieve maximum compliance and efficiency while enabling the business. The role involves collaborating within an international, fast-paced environment while contributing to transformation programs, monitoring tax activities, and ensuring adherence to principles and frameworks.

Job Responsibility:

Active contributor in Business Operations Transformation programme
Monitor interpretation and implementation of Direct Tax requirements
Monitor and support country organizations in operational tax activities
Support in implementing adherence to Ingka Group Tax Principles and Rules
Support in designing and implementing relevant parts of the Tax Control Framework

Requirements:

University degree in tax, tax laws, tax economics or equivalent degree
5+ years of experience in an International/Direct Tax advisory role in a multinational company or as an international/direct tax consultant
Skilled in communicating in English
Hands-on mentality and ability to share specialist knowledge
Experience with Direct Tax related functionalities in SAP is a plus
