We are seeking an experienced Solutions Consultant to join our growing team in Geneva. Solutions Consultants are responsible for designing and implementing out-of-the-box solutions for new clients, ensuring that we are efficiently and effectively onboarding some of the world’s most sophisticated investors. They are focused on identifying how Addepar can unlock significant value for our clients’ businesses and regularly call upon their analytical skills in order to advise clients on how to model and examine their financial instruments and assets. They have a deep understanding of both finance and technology, take ownership of our clients’ happiness, and excel at project governance.
Job Responsibility:
Lead full-cycle implementation projects for new and existing clients across the EMEA market
Manage data onboarding, portfolio setup, and system configuration with precision, ensuring data integrity and client satisfaction
Coordinate with certified partners to deliver scalable implementations and ongoing enhancements
Build trusted relationships with key client stakeholders and become a strategic partner in helping them achieve their goals
Define and manage project expectations clearly across client and internal teams, balancing multiple time zones and priorities
Serve as a subject-matter expert on Addepar’s platform and its application to wealth and investment management workflows
Contribute to playbooks, tools, and delivery best practices adapted for the EMEA market
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Solutions Engineering, and Client Success to ensure seamless client handoffs and delivery excellence
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in financial services, SaaS, consulting, or a related client-facing role
Proven success in solution delivery, implementation, or client onboarding within wealth management, fintech, or data-intensive environments, particularly in Switzerland or the broader European market
Familiarity with investment data, reporting, and portfolio workflows
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including fluency in English and French (German or Italian is a plus)
Highly organized, self-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-moving, growth-stage environment
Comfortable collaborating across global teams and managing projects remotely
Process-oriented with an eye toward continuous improvement
Strong interpersonal skills to train and communicate effectively with clients via email, on the phone, and face-to-face
Willingness to travel occasionally for client onsites
Applicants must have legal authorization to work in the country where this role is based on the first day of employment. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
