To support our phenomenal growth, we are actively seeking two passionate and results-driven sales professionals to join our dynamic team. As part of a high-performing team, you will play a key role in building client loyalty by checking in with our existing customer base (warm calling only—no cold calling), advising clients on the best solutions for renewing or extending their home protection plans, and meeting or exceeding your individual sales targets to maximize your bonuses.
Job Responsibility
Conduct approximately 70 daily outbound calls to a fairly distributed list of existing clients (warm leads only)
Build trust with clients to understand their home appliance protection needs and effectively overcome objections
Maximize direct sales opportunities and hit monthly conversion targets
Maintain rigorous email follow-ups and accurately document client interactions in the internal CRM
Actively participate in team training and coaching sessions to continuously sharpen your sales skills.
Requirements
Relevant experience in consultative sales, ideally from the retail sector (a major asset over traditional call center backgrounds)
Functional bilingualism (French and English)
Strong autonomy, self-discipline for remote work, and excellent organizational skills
A competitive spirit, resilience to rejection, and a results-oriented mindset
A personal computer compatible with Windows 11 and a high-speed, hardwired internet connection (Ethernet cable required)
Availability for a 1-to-2-day paid initial training session at the Laval office
Must pass a mandatory criminal background check (required for secure payment data processing).
