Job Responsibility

  • Strategic procurement of raw materials and primary packaging materials
  • Ensuring continuous supply for production
  • Developing cost efficient procurement solutions, preparing cost analyses and price difference calculations
  • Building and improving the supplier structure
  • Providing local evaluation and input for tenders initiated by Global Procurement
  • Coordinating the supplier qualification process for new suppliers
  • Maintaining daily contact with strategic suppliers
  • Monitoring forecast changes and communicating additional needs to suppliers, aligned with Group Procurement
  • Continuous collaboration with Planning, QSE, Logistics and Group Procurement teams
  • Checking daily readiness while considering available capacities
  • Preparing financial and cost analyses
  • Providing continuous input for Group Procurement (plans, tender materials, negotiation preparations)
  • Supporting strategic decision making for the Global Procurement team through data, analyses and professional recommendations

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in direct procurement, preferably in raw materials or packaging materials
  • Strong communication skills and confident collaboration
