iCapital is seeking an experienced Product Management Specialist to take ownership of post-launch fund servicing, life-cycle management and governance activities for the rapidly expanding suite of private markets funds launched or serviced by iCapital for our Asset and Wealth management clients. The International Product Development and Structuring team is a growing group responsible for developing and delivering iCapital’s global fund offering and managing the product launches and lifecycles of private market alternative investment funds. This newly created role would provide the successful candidate with exposure across the breadth of iCapital’s alternatives business in Europe (primarily covering Luxembourg domiciled AIFs) and would be ideal for candidates who excel in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment and are results orientated.

Job Responsibility:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for post-launch product management of Lux funds, including Evergreen private markets funds
  • Coordinate the launch of new share classes as well as oversee any other amendments to offering materials, including arranging for any associated regulatory approvals and managing investor consent processes, as applicable
  • Coordinate the production and compliance sign-off of key fund level marketing materials and ensure the timely dissemination of information to all relevant stakeholders (including internal and external distribution channels and data rooms as applicable)
  • Respond to due diligence (DD) questionnaires on funds serviced and/or managed by iCapital and oversee fund level RFPs, coordinating across functions for a timely delivery of accurate responses
  • Handle AML/KYC with key service providers pertaining to both upstream and downstream processes relating to the funds serviced/managed by iCapital
  • Respond to queries about iCapital’s corporate structure, in coordination with corporate secretary/ legal
  • Liaise with the International Tax team to respond to jurisdiction-specific tax queries and arrange for appropriate registrations in offshore jurisdictions
  • Handle ad hoc client requests relating to fund servicing, life cycle management and fund governance
  • Support the administration and governance of recurring fund servicing activities, ensuring timely and accurate completion
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Legal, Compliance, Tax, Client Success) and external providers (Administrators, Fund Sponsors, auditors) to deliver seamless fund servicing

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree and/or master’s degree in a relevant field
  • 2–4 years of experience in product management, fund servicing, or a related role within alternative investments, asset management, or wealth management
  • Experience with Luxembourg fund structures and evergreen funds preferred
  • Strong understanding of the lifecycle and operational processes of alternative investment funds
  • Structured approach to prioritizing and delivering required tasks and ability to develop scalable processes
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize assignments
  • Strong oral and written communication skills – proficiency in English required

  • Positive attitude, proactive approach, and desire to work in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment
  • Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills
