Job Description:

Are you good with figures and comfortable with speaking to customers over the phone to deliver an excellent customer experience. If so, we’re looking for a Direct Debit Administrator to join our friendly and hardworking team in Yeovil. In this role you’ll be proactive at responding to customer queries, mostly over the phone, so you’ll need to be a confident communicator. You’ll be setting up, amending or cancelling direct debits, and you’ll need to be confident to calculate the required payments. You’ll deal with both internal and external customers and a positive can do attitude is a must for this busy working environment.
