Job Description:

In this role you’ll be proactive at responding to customer queries, mostly over the phone, so you’ll need to be a confident communicator. You’ll be setting up, amending or cancelling direct debits, and you’ll need to be confident to calculate the required payments. You’ll deal with both internal and external customers and a positive can do attitude is a must for this busy working environment.

  • Validate and set up DD mandates (AUDDIS or paper mandates) accurately and in compliance with the DD Guarantee
