Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Help with daily activities such as eating, dressing, and using special equipment
  • Home support: cook meals, clean, do laundry, shop for groceries, and help keep the home cozy
  • Transportation: drive residents to appointments, events, and other activities
  • Keep records: write daily notes and track important information
  • Support goals: help residents achieve their personal goals
  • Administer medication once trained
  • Stay updated: complete required training and certifications
  • Teamwork: work closely with your team and follow instructions from your manager

Requirements

  • No educational requirements
  • Valid driver's license for at least 6 months with good driving record
  • Physical ability to perform tasks and ensure resident safety
  • Basic computer skills
  • Background check required
