Aspire of WNY is seeking relief Direct Care Aides to work in community based homes in the Fredonia, Dunkirk, Silver Creek and Brocton area. At Aspire, we are driven by the core belief that children and adults with developmental disabilities have the right to realize their full potential and live as independently as possible.

Job Responsibility

  • Supports people with developmental disabilities with activities of daily living – including, but not limited to, personal hygiene care, meal prep and feeding, administer medication
  • Ensure safety of the people we support
  • Provide supports needed for each person to learn and grow

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • Valid New York State Driver’s License
