Mini Masterminds Thornleigh is a 72-place early learning service dedicated to providing exceptional education and care in a nurturing, engaging, and inspiring environment. We are currently seeking passionate and motivated Early Childhood professionals to join our growing team.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead and mentor a team of educators
  • Develop and implement engaging educational programs aligned with the EYLF
  • Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues
  • Ensure high standards of care, education, and compliance are maintained

Requirements

  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
  • Minimum 1 year experience as a Room Leader or Lead Educator
  • Current Working with Children Check
  • Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications
  • Strong understanding of the EYLF, NQS, and child development
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
