Diploma Educator

Right now, we’re looking for Diploma Educators for our Bingara Gorge Community Preschool - an ‘Exceeding NQS’ rated service in Wilton. Our preschool offers a unique early childhood education and care service, catering to children from 6 weeks to 12 years old. We have a Toddler Room (0-2), an Early Learning Room (2-3), and three rooms for children aged 3-5, one of which will be a term-only preschool room starting in April 2025. The preschool is a modern, purpose-built facility featuring large, open plan play spaces. We also have two expansive outdoor environments. Excursions are an integral part of our curriculum, with regular outings to local community spots. For example, children may visit the park to play on the equipment, walk to the nearby Woolworths Metro, or take pram walks around the neighbourhood with our toddler group. Our goal is to provide inclusive environments that foster play-based learning. We offer individualized programs in each room, ensuring that each child’s unique strengths, skills, and interests are catered to. Program planning begins with each child’s initial interests, which are then further developed by their dedicated educator. We also offer a Transition to School program for children who will be attending school the following year. We collaborate with Wilton Public School, and our children often participate in school events, such as their annual Easter Hat Parade and Book Parade.
