Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
Valid Working with Children Check
Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications
Child Protection training/certificate
Experience leading a room and mentoring educators
Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills

Job Responsibility

Lead and inspire a team of educators in your room through on-the-floor mentoring and support
Plan and deliver engaging, holistic learning programs in line with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
Ensure the health, safety, and wellbeing of every child in your care
Build positive relationships with families and support open communication
Collaborate with the Centre Director and Educational Leader to maintain a high-quality service
