Job Responsibility

  • Facilitate an engaging curriculum inspired by the Reggio Emilia philosophy, tailored to each child’s development
  • Capture children’s learning through purposeful observations and assessments to inform individualised planning
  • Create enriching indoor and outdoor spaces that spark curiosity, creativity, and exploration
  • Build and maintain respectful, collaborative relationships with families through consistent communication
  • Contribute to a supportive team culture through shared planning and a commitment to professional excellence
  • Maintain high standards of safety and regulatory compliance in line with NQS requirements

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education and Care
  • Full-time availability (Monday to Friday) with full working rights in Australia
  • Strong knowledge of school readiness and exceptional communication/interpersonal skills
  • A collaborative, proactive, and professional attitude with a willingness to go the extra mile
  • Ability to maintain high standards of safety and curriculum delivery
