Job Responsibility

Follow established recipes to prepare and serve menu items for a food station
Greet and serve guests in a fast, efficient, and friendly manner
Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure correct serving temperatures and adequate portion control, temperature logs, and dates
Provide guests with information regarding food ingredients, availability, and pricing
Cashier duties may include operating a POS, accept payment for food and beverage purchases
Assist with labels and packaging food for take-out menus and mobile ordering
Escalate customer concerns and complaints to management
Clean, organize, and maintain kitchen, equipment, utensils, and general areas
May be assigned other duties and responsibilities as needed
