Job Description

This role will deliver exceptional customer service through the completion of various tasks and will oversee culinary and service operations.

Job Responsibility

  • Supervise support staff with consistent training and coaching
  • Oversee food stations that include a deli, pizza, and grill station
  • Handle POS transactions and cash drawers and office tasks
  • Maintain cafe cleanliness while following all company safety protocols
  • Interact daily with guests while offering friendly and courteous service
  • Work hands-on alongside team members to complete tasks including, but not limited to, food preparation, inventory, cooking, and cleaning work areas

Requirements

  • 2+ years' experience in a similar supervisory role
  • Adhere to HAACP - Serve Safe Certification recommended
  • Proficient in POS and Microsoft Office programs
  • Able to work a flexible schedule
