Dining Room Supervisor

• Coordinate all personnel and service related to the dining room
• Supervise and train all dining room employees in correct serving, sanitation, attitude, and rapport with residents
• Addresses all resident concerns regarding problems in the dining room and accommodates them accordingly
• Maintains a constant presence in the dining room to assure all residents that you care and are aware of what is going on
• Assists Dining Room Manager with hiring and training of all dining room personnel
• Coordinates room service and to-go orders for residents
• Maintains all appropriate records
• Conducts daily pre-meal meetings with staff
• Keeps Dining Room Manager informed of all dining and kitchen activities
• Works with special events coordinator to promote and staff special functions and events
• All other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Working knowledge of computers
• Ability to build professional rapport with employees
• Previous experience in dining services
• Current Food Handlers Card and CPR certification required
• Currently has, or has the ability to obtain, a Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card.
