Job Responsibility:

Responsible for the restaurant operations including training, organization and cleanliness throughout the entire restaurant
Managing reservation system and seating
Directs and assists in the flow of the restaurant during peak dining times
Ensures all server side work assignments are completed correctly and within a timely manner

Requirements:

Restaurant hostess/Server experience required
Ability to manage reservation system
Three years' full table service
Previous supervisory experience
Willing to take a criminal background check
Food handlers certificate or ServSafe certificate or willing to obtain one
Legally authorized to work in the United States
At least 3 years of serving experience in a restaurant
Experience working in a high volume restaurant where you worked directly with guests
Previous supervisory experience in a similar role
Availability to work specific shifts on all days of the week
