Job Description:

We are seeking experienced management candidates to join Townhouse Detroit. Part of Heirloom Hospitality Group that operates multiple unique dining concepts in Detroit and surrounding areas! We are looking for valuable front of house leadership to continue to drive our goals and develop our future leaders. Job Responsibility:

  • Collaborate with management team members to effectively lead and direct the daily operations of the restaurant
  • Consistently deliver an exceptional guest and team member experience
  • Work in partnership with your team to drive sales, manage costs and effectively grow the business
  • Promote Heirloom's culture of going above and beyond
  • Assist with hiring, training, scheduling and development to promote growth and retention
  • Monitor, address, and document individual hourly employee performance
  • Understand and impact financial goals
  • Innovate and introduce new ideas
  • Own and hold accountable all company core values and standards of health, safety, emergency management, sanitation & maintenance
  • Perform other duties assigned as needed for all restaurant manager positions

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of hospitality management experience
  • Strong local hospitality experience and commitment
  • Ability to assist with hiring, training, scheduling and development
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to connect
  • resolve conflict, drive engagement, and develop teams
  • Ability to lead and impact a culture of smooth and effective day-to-day operations
