Dining Room Host

• Greet and seat members in a timely fashion and assist them to their table(s)
• Conduct walk-throughs of dining room areas and check for defects, ensuring seating arrangements are in order
• Check reservation lists and make any necessary callbacks
• Communicate with servers and managers about when reservations arrive and if any other edits are made
• Always assist members and other staff whenever possible – including assisting with running food, beverage service, clearing tables, and any other tasks that may benefit from your assistance

• Minimum 18 years of age
• Available to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Minimum one year of experience as host/hostess or a customer service role
• Attention to detail and ability to perform job functions with minimal supervision
• Ability to accurately read and input data into our reservation/point-of-sale system
• A high-energy and fun-loving personality with a positive attitude
