The Dining Reservations Executive plays a key role in shaping the guest dining journey by managing reservation enquiries across all hotel restaurants and bars. This role responds to guest and partner enquiries via phone, email, and online reservation platforms, while actively promoting the hotel’s dining offerings and identifying opportunities to maximise revenue. You will coordinate reservation details to enhance the overall guest experience, manage Private Dining Room availability, and support accurate forecasting of seating occupancy and revenue for special events. A strong understanding of the restaurant’s concept, positioning, layout, and basic hotel information is essential. You will also work closely with Marketing and Public Relations to support promotional initiatives and ensure availability is accurately reflected across platforms such as OpenTable and other distribution channels.
Job Responsibility:
Manage and oversee dining reservations for all hotel restaurants and bars across multiple platforms, including phone, email, and online booking systems
Handle dining enquiries from in-house guests, city diners, and referral networks with professionalism and service excellence
Promote dining concepts and experiences while identifying opportunities to increase revenue through effective reservation management and upselling
Coordinate Private Dining Room bookings and monitor availability to ensure seamless execution
Support forecasting of seating occupancy and revenue for special events and peak periods
Collaborate with Marketing and Public Relations to support restaurant promotions and ensure accurate availability across all channels
Provide operational support to festive desk operations and assist with Food & Beverage operations when required
Requirements:
Preferably with a Diploma in Hospitality Management or its equivalent
Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service/call centre, preferably in the Hospitality/F&B industry
Positive attitude and professional demeanor when interacting with guests and handling daily responsibilities
Previous experience within Four Seasons (or a top luxury group) will be an advantage
