As an F&B Reservation Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests regarding dining experiences across our outlets. You will ensure smooth and professional communication, manage reservations efficiently, and contribute to delivering exceptional service that reflects the Four Seasons standards.
Job Responsibility:
Handle all Food & Beverage reservations via phone and email in line with Four Seasons standards
Respond to guest inquiries and provide accurate information about our restaurants and services
Ensure clear and effective communication between all F&B outlets
Maintain organized records, files, and office supplies
Support daily administrative tasks, including correspondence and reporting
Stay informed about daily hotel operations and activities
Participate in meetings and training sessions as required
Assist in delivering a seamless guest experience and support other departments when needed
Requirements:
Strong communication skills and a professional telephone manner
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Attention to detail and a guest-focused mindset
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in English (additional languages will be considered an asset)
Previous experience in hospitality or reservations is a plus
