Job Responsibility:

  • Manage daily meal service, events, and all operations related to assigned cafés and dining accounts
  • Oversee catering for meetings, corporate events, and dining services, ensuring seamless execution and client satisfaction
  • Provide strategic leadership by hiring, training, and developing staff
  • manage work schedules and foster a cohesive, high-performing team
  • Support the District Manager in analyzing business results, developing action plans, and implementing strategies to improve performance and drive growth
  • Assist in monitoring P&L financial reports for each account and help develop strategies to align performance with company goals
  • Monitor, evaluate, and audit food, beverage, and service offerings to maintain café satisfaction
  • initiate improvements as needed
  • Ensure safe, secure, and healthy facility environments by enforcing sanitation standards and procedures in compliance with local regulations
  • Motivate culinary and management teams to innovate and modernize menus and services
  • Collaborate with account teams and provide recommendations to the District Manager to increase market share and enhance customer experience
  • Assist with special corporate projects or events as assigned
  • May be assigned other duties and responsibilities as needed

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, hospitality, or a related field preferred
  • 5+ years of relevant industry and management experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge of culinary techniques and industry trends
  • Superior customer service skills and daily interactions with our customers and clients
  • Have a strong understanding of employee and client relations
  • Strong ability to support, manage, and promote growth initiatives
  • Full-time travel to accounts to support operational needs
