Job Responsibility:
Manage daily meal service, events, and all operations related to assigned cafés and dining accounts
Oversee catering for meetings, corporate events, and dining services, ensuring seamless execution and client satisfaction
Provide strategic leadership by hiring, training, and developing staff
manage work schedules and foster a cohesive, high-performing team
Support the District Manager in analyzing business results, developing action plans, and implementing strategies to improve performance and drive growth
Assist in monitoring P&L financial reports for each account and help develop strategies to align performance with company goals
Monitor, evaluate, and audit food, beverage, and service offerings to maintain café satisfaction
initiate improvements as needed
Ensure safe, secure, and healthy facility environments by enforcing sanitation standards and procedures in compliance with local regulations
Motivate culinary and management teams to innovate and modernize menus and services
Collaborate with account teams and provide recommendations to the District Manager to increase market share and enhance customer experience
Assist with special corporate projects or events as assigned
May be assigned other duties and responsibilities as needed
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business, hospitality, or a related field preferred
5+ years of relevant industry and management experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Knowledge of culinary techniques and industry trends
Superior customer service skills and daily interactions with our customers and clients
Have a strong understanding of employee and client relations
Strong ability to support, manage, and promote growth initiatives
Full-time travel to accounts to support operational needs
