Job Responsibility

  • Manage the cafes’ daily meal service, events, operations, finance, and catering
  • Oversee catering arrangements for meetings, events, and dining services
  • Ensure a safe, secure, and healthy facility environment by enforcing sanitation standards and procedures
  • Maintain café satisfaction by monitoring, evaluating, and auditing food, beverage, and service offerings, initiate improvements as necessary
  • Provide strategic leadership by hiring, training, and developing staff, managing work schedules, and creating and retaining a cohesive team of associates
  • Assist with special corporate projects or events as required
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in culinary, hospitality, business administration, or a related field is preferred
  • Over 6 years of experience as a food service manager, general manager or chef manager
  • Exceptional culinary skills in diverse cuisines, menu development, and efficient kitchen management
  • Excellent customer service skills with daily interactions with customers and clients
  • Strong understanding of employee and client relations
  • Preferred experience in corporate business dining, restaurant, or general food & beverage
  • Experience in hotels, corporate dining, education services, or large convention facilities is advantageous
