Requirements

Legal work authorization in United States
Availability to work seven (7) days a week, twenty-four (24) hours a day, schedules vary based on need
Holidays and weekends availability
Required to obtain a Tuberculous (TB) clearance card and Hawaii Food Handler's Card
Ability to stand for extended periods
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Ability to push/pull as needed
Guest-focused mindset with strong interpersonal and communication skills
Effective upselling to enhance guest experience
Strong attention to detail

Job Responsibility

Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, offer suggestions, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests
Clear used dishes, glassware, and utensils promptly during service
Wipe down and sanitize tables between guests
Reset tables with clean linens, silverware, plates, and condiments
Assist with remarking and setting silverware and plateware for subsequent courses
Transport dirty dishes to the kitchen or dishwashing area
Refill water glasses, napkins, and condiments as needed
Remove trash
Maintain clean, organized side stations
Ensure dining room areas remain clear of used dishes and debris throughout service

Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in United States
Required by the Hawaii State Department of Health to obtain a Tuberculous (TB) clearance card

Job Responsibility

Recognize frequent guests and personalize service based on their preferences
Support the Food & Beverage team in delivering exceptional service to guests
Assist Food Servers in providing a high-quality, professional, and friendly dining experience, following Four Seasons standards
Assist in clearing, cleaning and set-up of tables, chairs, linens, china, glass and silver for service in an unobtrusive manner
