A Dining Administrative Assistant with American Dining Creations will handle various office tasks and duties.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage the office duties that include payroll, accounts payable and ordering supplies
  • Receive incoming calls, filing, ordering, organizing and other general office duties
  • Frequently assist with catering events including setup, serve food/beverage, and breakdown

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in customer service/office setting preferred
  • Excellent analytical, oral and written skills
