Job Description

To assist with the ever-increasing demands of a fast-paced office environment, Stirling Park LLP – one of Scotland’s leading firms of Sheriff Officer Services, is looking to recruit a Diligence Administrator to join our Kilmarnock operations. The post holder will work as part of a team to provide strong administrative support within our Kilmarnock hub. This is a varied role which will require the successful candidate to be able to work on their own initiative as well as being part of a team.

Job Responsibility

  • Liaising with staff and clients by telephone, as appropriate
  • Prioritise workload to ensure work is completed timeously
  • General administration duties – Dealing with telephone enquiries, mailing duties, banking, filing, photocopying, faxing etc.
  • Preparation of legal documents using our bespoke system
  • Preparation of reports and invoicing in relation to service of legal documents and tracing
  • Facilitate the use of database searches in relation to tracing
